Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer stage)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring processes
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of hiring metrics and reporting
