Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer stage)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring processes
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of hiring metrics and reporting
